Responsibilities:
- Creating end to end HR outsourcing solution focusing on key solution tenants and leverage digital to create a compelling solution
- Driving and compiling leading practices, and process design considerations incorporating build to operate efficiency design principles
- Designing customized HR solutions & lead client workshops - solution presentation and solution orals
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 to 12 + years of experience in Human Resources consulting & Solution
- Worked on HRIS cloud-based technologies like Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow
- End to End knowledge of HR function with mandatory experience in Employee Data and U.S Benefits Admin
