Manager Treasury & Trade Finance-Agritech Company-StartUp Primary Purpose of the role : - To manage company's Treasury and Trade Finance. - Managing liquidity and to mitigate its financial and operational risk. Stake holder (Internal and External) management & optimum utilisation of cash. - As Manager - Treasury, you will focus on creating value for the business through strategic levers and choices. Good understanding of treasury work streams, such as capital, liquidity, FX and risk, term, asset liability management, liquidity reporting and treasury regulatory report Key Tasks & Accountabilities : - Manages treasury function, including meeting short and long-term funding needs. - Export Trade Finance Management - Determines appropriate capital structure. - Understands how regulatory reform will impact the business and helps ensure the business is best positioned to respond. - Manages aspects of risk through accounting, audit, planning, and treasury functions - Cash flow management, Hedging, FX payments. - Well versed with RBI & FEMA guidelines. Administrate FDI, FEMA, KYC, AML, OFAC, Sanction, FATCA and other compliance requirement related to treasury, trade finance and banking. - Money market. WCDL management. LC& BG. - Financial (Liquidity, Forex and Interest) risk management - Forex Hedging with banks and exchange, and Management of Back Office Process and reporting Qualifications : - Qualification as a Chartered Accountant or an MBA degree - 6 to 10 yrs of experience in a similar role - Experience in managing liquidity, cash flow forecasting and debt servicing - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to think of solutions creatively using data - Experience in Trade Finance - Commodity trading business is a preference
