1. Portfolio identification and preparation basis credit filters

2. Facilitate/Anchor pool audit/due diligence

3. Negotiate with pool buyers/vendors

4. Liaison with various internal departments like operations, credit, legal, finance etc and external agencies like credit rating agencies, trustees, external auditors, buyers etc

5. Preparation and tracking of assigned pool performance

6. Atleast 2-3 years of experience in carrying out direct assignment transactions (sell-down) with HFCs/NBFCs.

7. Well versed with excel
