Manager - Treasury - NBFC/Financial institution - CA

Roles and Responsibilities

a.Preparing loan proposals and Credit Monitoring Arrangement data (CMA) for term loans/cash credit lines/ECBs/NCDs/Tier-II Capital/off-balance sheet funding and other instruments

b. Continuous relationship management with the existing lenders; providing insights and clarifications on business and financial performance of the organization

c. Financial modelling in lines with the current and proposed business and operational strategy

d. Structuring and executing various structured finance deals like Securitization, Direct Assignment, and Non-Convertible Debentures etc.

e. To handle the due-diligence exercise done by the existing and proposed lenders

f. To ensure prompt resolution of all lender/investor queries

g. Monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to investors/lenders/other stakeholders

h. To track the lender covenants i. To ensure compliance with all the regulatory guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance)

Experience: Post qualification 5-10 years, having an NBFC/Financial institution background with experience in the treasury or credit role

Skills: Proficient in Tally and well versed in MS-Office (Knowledge of Advance Excel or Analytical tools will be preferred)
