Manager - Treasury - NBFC

Our client is a leading PE-backed NBFC based out of Mumbai.

The primary job responsibilities would include -

- To prepare & provide data needed by bankers & lenders as & when required, including annual CMA, FFR I, II, III, statements, asset coverage statements, etc.

- To assist in debt related documentation & operational activities including coordination with RTA, exchange, & bankers

- To assist in preparing critical MIS & presentations for internal & external stakeholders

- Coordinate with rating agencies & fulfill the data requirements

- To provide details for compliance & regulatory requirements as required by banks & lenders

The successful candidate would - 

- Be a CA/MBA with at least 2-6 years of treasury experience with a Bank/NBFC

- Have knowledge of practices, players, & trends in the treasury domain

- Be an extrovert and should be able to handle mid level treasury relationships

- Possess strong understanding of financial reports & working knowledge of various borrowing instruments
