Manager - Treasury - Housing Finance Firm - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

The company provides housing finance primarily in rural areas of India. It offers loans to build a new home, buy a new home, renovate or repair a house, and extend a house or build sanitation. The company was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India and is a subsidiary of one of India's leading financial service providers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Managing the Treasury portfolio encompassing:

1. Strategy design & execution

2. Data Analytics

3. Market Analysis and developing and maintaining relationships with multiple financial institutions

KEY DELIVERABLES :

Formulating overall Fund raising & Borrowing strategy

- Managing Key Strategic Tie-ups with banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions

- Relationship management Credit rating agencies & Investors

- Design & Implementation of special projects (eg. Digitization)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS :

Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, stakeholder management and business acumen

- In-depth understanding of money markets, financing techniques & financial regulations and practices

- Adept at Risk Management

- Added advantage : Proven experience as treasurer / relevant financial role

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS :

- Good communication and presentation skills, leadership skills, self-starter, willingness to travel to meet stakeholders/customers

- CA rank-holder or MBA in finance from a premier institute

- Pre-MBA experience : Experience in the BFSI sector
