Manager - Treasury - BFSI

Hiring Manager Treasury to one of our client who are into MICRO FINANCIAL business.

Educational Qualifications: MBA Finance/ CA / ICWA

Skills / Capabilities: Team Management, Time Management, Attention to Detail,

Experience (Type/Duration): 3-5 years of experience in Collections, Internet Banking, Cash Management preferably in retail banks / NBFCs.

Key Activities:

- Collation of branch requirements data from Treasury Analysts

- Collation of daily cash & bank balances at the branch level along with the disbursements schedules.

- Compares the branch requirement w.r.t cash & bank balances & disbursement schedules (on an overall organization level)

- Arrives at the net branch requirement and forwards the same to Manager Payments.

- Ensures that the respective branches are intimated about the fund remittance.

- Collation of daily cash & bank balances at the branch level along with the disbursements schedules

- Consolidating the branch bank balances from the internet banking facilities of all the banks on a daily basis

- Analyzing the information and ensuring the excess funds are remitted back to the HO bank accounts at the earliest.

- Initiating penal action against the branches who maintains idle funds.

- Weekly review meeting - with direct reports

- Monthly review meeting with Admin (Opening bank accounts) & Operations.
