Job Description :

Qualification - CA / MBA - Finance

Years of experience - 3-5 years

Reporting to - CFO

Location: Colaba, Mumbai

Looking from only: AK Capital Services, Derivium, SPA, Trust capital and Darashaw

Responsibilities :

1 Raising Fund through Bank lines, Private Placement of NCD and Commercial Paper

2 Preparation of IM, DTA, DTD and DOH

3 Co-ordination with Trustee, RTA, BSE and Arranger for smooth process

4 Preparation of CMA and submission to the banks

5 Fund Raising from the Banks as per the Requirement

6 Providing data to Credit Rating Agencies and following up for Rating upgradation

7 Meeting with Analyst and Stock Brokers

8 Mixing the Fund in order to Reduce the cost of fund

9 Fund raising through Securitization portfolio

10 Co-ordination with business team to ensure no ALM mismatches and responsible for organizing periodic ALCO meetings

11 Understanding of various borrowing related compliances including LODR guidelines for listed debentures

12 Well versed with Banks, MF- s, Pf's and other Financial institutions.
