Manager - Treasury - Banking/NBFC

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Managing the Treasury portfolio for company encompassing :

1. Strategy design & execution

2. Data Analytics

3. Market Analysis and developing and maintaining relationships with multiple financial institutions

KEY DELIVERABLES :

- Formulating overall Fund raising & Borrowing strategy

- Managing Key Strategic Tie-ups with banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions

- Relationship management Credit rating agencies & Investors

- Design & Implementation of special projects (eg. Digitization)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Similar role in a bank/NBFI

- CA/MBA Finance

- Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, stakeholder management and business acumen

- In-depth understanding of money markets, financing techniques & financial regulations and practices

- Adept at Risk Management
