Manager - Treasury

JD and the Requirements:

Expected Qualification

B.Com /M.Com with 5 to 5 years or CA / CA (Inter) with 5 years prior experience in Treasury & Accounts.

Skill Set required:

General:

- The candidate should have a good Accounting background and should have knowledge of Tax Compliance related to payments.

- Has managed Statutory audits.

- Good communication skills are essential.

Specific Skill Set:

- Manage the Payroll of the Company and review the controls relating to Payroll.

- Good Treasury Knowledge for Interaction and Negotiation with Banks and Manage the Funding operations of the Company

- Ensuring the Statutory Compliance relating to Payroll and AP for ensuring timely payments of TDS/PF/ESI

- Timely Completion of Month closure Activities

- Preparation of Customized Reports for Management

- Internal Stakeholder Management

- Ability to manage a Team
