Manager- Transition(US Title Insurance)
- Requires owning and managing Project Planning, Resourcing, Budgets, Implementation of the plan and execution
- Strong Project Management and Analytical skills
- Should have good exposure and experience in overall "Title Insurance "functions
- Should have very good verbal and written communication.
- Should be able to grasp, understand industry practices and apply same to business solutions
- Good Presentation skills, including preparing and delivering PPT. presentations
- Needs to have thorough understanding of Transition Methodology, various stages, Project planning etc
- Should have strong skills relevant to Service Level Benchmarking, Negotiations and Customer Relationship Building.
- Should have managed / transitioned at least 10 processes, or at least 100 FTE's over the last 2 years
