Job Title: Manager Transition Shipping and Logistics

Candidate Summary:

- Looking for candidates with 7 plus yrs of work experience in Shipping and logistics operations with good exposure to end to end transition management.

Job role:

- Role incumbent would be involved in transitioning the Shipping management process which includes Order processing, contract management, documentation, complaints, customer management etc.

- Would be responsible for process transition, knowledge transfer, desktop procedure preparation and documentation.

- Should have knowledge of various processes in customer management, contract management, negotiation, warehousing and overall shipping and logistics.

- Basic knowledge of import and export tax laws would be preferable.

- Should have good people management and stakeholder management skills.

- Should be open to work with shifts and preferably should posses valid US VISA.
