Manager Transition - Healthcare (Medical coding)  Job Responsibilities :   - Deliver all Transition Projects and Programs in line with recognized best practice methodology  - Deliver customer advocacy via exemplary process Transition project delivery  - To interface with 3rd party suppliers (where required), involving agreement, planning, timelines and quality of deliverables  - Produce detailed project plans to manage inter dependencies  - Support the PMO in framing intelligent solutions/transition plans for multiple RFP's responses  - Ensure strict commercial change control to manage deviations  - Adhere to relevant escalation processes to escalate resource issues, delayed project phases, missed deadlines and other planning issues  Candidate Specifications :   - Master's degree required in Health Information Management, healthcare administration, or a related field.  - Experience of project delivery in all aspects of the Transition Lifecycle Management   - PMP & Six Sigma qualification, would be a bonus  - Developed communication and diplomacy skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence client and stakeholder relationships  - Demonstrable experience and capability to manage multiple projects autonomously  - Experience of managing, direct or matrix, project managers, technical resource and other resource assigned to a process Transition  - Knowledge of US healthcare domain mandatory  Suitable candidates may contact :  Tushar Uppal, Practice Lead - ITES Antal International Call : +91 22 40634930
