Manager Transition-Chennai-Leading KPO in Healthcare Domain (7-12 yrs)

- 5+ years in BPO/KPO Transitions with a combination of Customer Service operations in healthcare domain.

- Strong program management skills with PMP trained / Certified

- Understanding of various transition phases from Contracting to Steady State operations

- Responding to RFI- s, RFP and understanding of sales cycle preferred

- MBA from Top B Schools or B.E / B.Tech / Science Graduates preferred

- Mandatory - Understanding of Contact Center Operations

- Strong MS Project, MS Office (PPT, Visio, Excel & Word) skills
