We are looking for manager transition for a client of repute, the position would be based at Delhi and there - Manage Transition planning and project - Travelling across multiple geographies to manage transition business processes - Ascertain seamless execution between client & delivery stakeholders within stringent project timelines - Managing client's expectations & escalations by enabling robust program governance - Interact with team members to ensure smooth progress of project work - Monitoring & ensuring customer delivery during transition period; ensuring adherence to quality norms throughout the process - Leading contractual discussions among all the key stakeholders - Ensure all the service level agreements have been defined and aligned with the delivery functions - Enable quality & risk functions to define the appropriate frameworks as per the contractual obligations - Organize / participate in project review meetings for evaluating project progress - Driving the hiring & recruitment process and on boarding of resources within the stipulated time - Planning & administering projects at the program level in multiple time zones - Working as a key stakeholder in the organizational change management process - Prior experience in managing transition projects would be advantageous - MBA / PGDBM from a reputed institute.
