Position Overview: We're searching for a Transition Manager to oversee seamless transitions for projects, processes, and systems within our dynamic startup environment. As a key contributor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient change management and smooth transitions to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute transitions for projects, services, or systems with minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand transition requirements and
