Manager - Transition

- Responsible for managing End to End Transitions.

- Interacting with the IT and Infrastructure team to ensure all the Desktops and Applications are installed and setup as per the process requirement

- Ensuring all the appropriate trainings related to the process are provided and completed

- Reports / Dashboards to deliver as per agreed schedule

- Preparing all the Training Plans and Presentations as per transition requirement

- Providing Ideas & Suggestions to have Improvements in the process

- Ensuring all the phases of Transition is completed as per the Model and move the process to the Steady State / Go live

- To ensure key risk transition documents are in place.
