Desired Candidate Profile :

- Engineering graduate with any specialization (or) MBA graduate with any specialization with 8 to 12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.

- Should have strong Knowledge in Logistics, Warehouse management & Distribution.

Job Description :

- Proficiency in warehouse handling & control for a region or nationally maintaining service levels & cost and also in warehousing requirement assessment, setup, Primary distribution logistics.

- Good knowledge about Service providers capabilities & SP replacements & Financial analysis and management

- Work for the Warehouse restructuring like Consolidation of Warehouses, Consolidation of Service Providers.

- Explore more capable service providers or 3PL SPs with bigger span of work.

- Switch all big operations to 3PL or capable service providers also with warehouse Benchmarking & Improve Employee/Space Efficiency

- Improve the Home Delivery network and consolidate with service provider.

- Create an optimized eCommerce setup for the distribution and design a LEAN warehousing and logistics value chain.
