Transformation Innovation & Learning Manager : Automation - 4.3

- This role (individual contributor) ensures success of assigned projects in the Bengaluru Service Centre that require tactical automations through VBA Macros, .Net solutions, Workflow using SharePoint and powerful data visualization using Power BI. This will involve extensive technical solution designing, planning, stakeholder engagement and project delivery. The role drives business performance by implementing projects to deliver significant cost savings and revenue growth.

- What will your day look like: Work with the Operations Teams on projects that deliver business bene fit and efficiency Manage a suite of change projects to deliver on target to time, resources, scope & quality Manage & implement change management projects; apply project management principles & governance as appropriate Ensure projects assigned are delivered within agreed timescales

- Ability to interact with Senior Management confidently and provide periodic updates (to Line manager & Stakeholders) on project status Prioritizes projects based on customer centricity and financial benefits De sign, describe and manage the solution engineering Drive operational improvements related to increased efficiency and technological enhancements Incorporate relevant risk and compliance controls into processes & project activity Document existing site, design and solution to a high standard conforming to Process Bank standards.

- Document new requirements to a high standard, ensuring transparency and understanding by requestors, and other support team members. Design and deliver relevant, easy to use and impactful visualization solutions Eye on quality and efficiency

- Participating and conducting various activities/initiatives in Institutional Operations Consistent and reliable executing on Manage team, upskill and retain talent Good Team Player Work in collaboration with cross functional teams to achieve team goals Ensure adherence to policies, processes and awareness of regulatory and legislative requirements. To support any other initiatives that were identified from timeto time across BUs

What will you bring?

- Programming in .NET 3.5, C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL, C/C++, XLM. Experience in React JS & Fluent UI Experience with Advanced SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation Experience as a SharePoint Architect and Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications using jQuery, Client Object Model,and Service Oriented Architecture Knowledge on Python or R Microsoft MCPD 70-576, SharePoint 20 10/2013 Designing and Developing Applications certification is a plus.

- Understanding and Hands on experience in Agile ways of working ITIL and Release Management Superb written and oral communication skills. Stakeholder management at a senior and executive level is required. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent planning, coordinating and time management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired strong knowledge of SharePoint site administration and designing. Proven Project and People Management Skills Good team player and ability to adopt quickly to changing requirements Ability to co-ordinate with teams in on offshore and onshore
