We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our team. The Transfer Pricing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations, conducting transfer pricing studies, and supporting transfer pricing documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transfer pricing principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Designation: Manager Qualification: CA Key Responsibilities: - Conduct transfer pricing analyses to determine appropriate intercompany pricing for goods, services, and intangible assets. - Prepare transfer pricing documentation in accordance with local regulations and global best practices. - Assist in the development of transfer pricing policies and strategies to optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, finance, legal, and operations to gather data and support transfer pricing decisions. - Monitor changes in transfer pricing regulations and assess potential impacts on the company's transfer pricing arrangements. - Support transfer pricing audits and inquiries by tax authorities, including preparing responses and documentation as needed. - Participate in transfer pricing planning initiatives and provide recommendations to senior management. - Analyze financial data and perform benchmarking studies to evaluate the arm's length nature of intercompany transactions. - Prepare transfer pricing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to transfer pricing and share knowledge with the team.
