Manager Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, including benchmarking analyses, functional analysis, and economic analyses. - Conduct research on transfer pricing regulations, methodologies, and industry trends to support transfer pricing planning and compliance efforts. - Analyze financial and operational data to assess intercompany transactions and ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies and regulations. - Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing reports, presentations, and other deliverables for internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, finance, legal, and operations, to gather necessary information and documentation for transfer pricing analyses. - Participate in discussions and meetings with internal and external stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on transfer pricing matters. - Support transfer pricing audits and inquiries by tax authorities by preparing documentation and responding to information requests. - Stay updated on changes in transfer pricing regulations and best practices and communicate relevant updates to the team.
