Education CA / MA/MBA (Preferably in Finance/Economics/Statistics), PhD in Economics. Post-Graduate (Finance /Economics, or Accounting Related)

Years of Experience: 8 years (relevant experience)

Type of Experience: Transfer Pricing Tax/Audit

Overall purpose of the Job: Responsible for ensuring all intercompany transactions between two subsidiaries & comply with all international tax. Rules through a team of Tax Professionals.

Key Responsibilities Area:

Key Tasks or Activities:

- Work with a transfer pricing team responsible for delivering regional/global transfer pricing advisory services;

- Supervise all aspects of transfer pricing engagements including, scoping, fact gathering, economic analysis, implementation, report review etc;

- Assist client on transfer pricing planning projects, design of tax efficient supply chain, and formulation of regional transfer pricing strategy;

- Establish relationships with clients and internal departments to market transfer pricing services; and

- Participate in all aspects of transfer pricing engagement from the planning work to the implementation, including delegating and reviewing work of subordinates, managing member's workload and mentoring
