Manager - Transfer Pricing

Job Description:

Position Overview (Overall objectives for the position; what you want the person to accomplish in the job):

- The Transfer Pricing Manager will work with the transfer pricing group in US, UK and APAC & will be responsible for Consulting, Sales Demo, presentations to Clients, preparing transfer pricing documentation studies using Transfer Pricing Solutions' Compliance software on an outsourcing basis for clients. The Transfer Pricing Manager position will manage a team of approximately 6-8 staff members in Hyderabad.

Essential Responsibilities (Specific day-to-day responsibilities and milestones needed to achieve the objectives):

- Consulting Exposure in Transfer Pricing, Sales in APAC, Product & Solutions Demo, Client Engagement, Contract management, Service Delivery, Manage all aspects of transfer pricing engagements including scoping, fact gathering, economic analysis and implementation. - Build and nurture new client/prospect relationships.

- Strategize with the Head of Global Transfer Pricing and the Head of the US Transfer Pricing Services Team to build a strong services and software business in India and Asia-Pacific region.

- Delegate and review work prepared by staff.

- Manage a team responsible for preparing transfer pricing documentation studies, including delegating and reviewing work, managing each member's workload and mentoring and training staff.

- Ability to Interact with high-level tax executives of Fortune 1000 (or the foreign equivalent). This includes answering clients' technical and/or software questions, Product Demos and requesting data necessary to prepare transfer pricing studies and recording transfer Pricing transactions.

- Strong interpersonal and outward leadership skills including the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization; initiate and maintain partnerships with staff and management.

- Proficiency in establishing client relationships and effectively managing existing relationships to build customer confidence.

- This will be responsible for preparing studies that analyze intercompany transactions as part of the implementation process for our clients. Based on transfer pricing regulations in each taxing jurisdiction around the world, the Tax Analyst will conduct economic analyses to benchmark our clients' intercompany pricing.

- The principal activity also involves preparing transfer pricing reports, which involves activities such as data processing, company analysis and report writing and review.

- Manage all aspects of transfer pricing engagements including scoping, fact gathering, economic analysis and implementation.

- Assist Team and Asst. Manager in supporting Tax Analysts responsible for the preparation of transfer pricing documentation studies.

- Delegate and review work prepared by staff."

Qualifications:

REQUIRED Skills and Experience (must have) ( include associated number of years):

- Must have 3+ years of Management experience including a history of successful Consulting experience including managing clients, establishing new client/prospect relationships to develop new business, and supervising, motivating, mentoring and leading an internal team.

- Must have 5+ years of transfer pricing experience with all specified transfer pricing methods. Knowledge of international transfer pricing regulations - Indian & APAC Transfer Pricing regulations preferred.

- Must have strong and direct client relationship experience. "
