Our client is a leading international organization specialize in providing asset servicing solutions and asset management sector. Driven by a desire to bring new ideas and improve the business performance they are actively looking for an experienced manager level individual for their Transfer Agency team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Being a key contributor to the Operations Management team.

- Lead projects within the transfer agency department and ensure day to day deliverables are met.

- Provide leadership, training, and development to a team.

- Responsible for ensuring that all Control Reporting is completed.

- Maintains a close working relationship with other internal oversight areas, such as Control, Risk, Compliance and Audit.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- 8-10 years of experience managing Reporting, Business Support and Controls function.

- Extensive transfer agency experience as well as in managing sizeable teams.

- The ability to lead and develop a team as well as work effectively with senior management levels.

- Strong communication and presentation skills and experience in working directly with clients.

- Detailed working knowledge of business support and control processes gained in a Third-Party Administrator, Transfer Agency or working directly for a fund manager.
