We have an Opportunity with a leading Big Four Consulting Firm in Bangalore Location

Designation-Manager-Transaction Services

Responsibilities:

- To help corporate and private equity clients identify risks in M&A transactions, so they can make informed strategic decisions.

- To deal negotiations, to capturing synergies during integration, to help clients gain value and deliver it to stakeholders.

Desired Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountants with 5 to 8 years of post qualification experience.

- Should have passed CA examinations in maximum three attempts

- Knowledge and understanding of M&A environment
