We have an urgent opening for Manager Transaction Advisory with one of the consulting firm in Mumbai and Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assisting and advisory on Mergers & Acquisition to clients.

- Financial Due Diligence.

- Preparation of proposal documents/presentations in order to develop new client relationships.

- Performing due diligence and financial reviews on behalf of the seller/buyer to support opinions and conclusions.

- Highlighting separation/integration issues.

- CA with 6-10 years of experience in Big 4 with preferable experience in Transaction Advisory, Due Diligence or Statutory Audit.
