- Training & development with special focus on functional & behavioral training
- Determine learning needs & gaps from various stakeholders & convince departments why we need a Learning Agenda
- Design various modes of learning using models & tools himself & with vendors to develop a Learning Culture; design annual training calendar
- Create content & modules & conduct various training programs for behavioral training
- Analyze impact of training & ensure continuous enhancement of training programs to achieve desired ROI
- Initiate new training concepts & customize programs basis business needs
- Conduct Fire, Life & Safety training & module development, manage training calendar
- Assist in the automation of training function; Maintain training SOP
- Conduct monthly training audits at locations to assess training quality & effectiveness for off-roll employees
- Deal with external consultants, Training Companies, Automation vendor
- Excellent written & verbal communication, good presentation & interpersonal skills; strong personality to convince Business Heads
MBA, 5-8 years' experience, 28-32 years' of age, Rs. 12-13 lakhs per annum
