We have this requirement with one of the leading retail firm in Delhi / NCR.

Designation: Senior Manager Training

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, plan and execute programs for learning and development of associates across the organization that are aligned to business, functional and competency based objectives.

2. Plan programs in the organisation to implement key aspects of the Talent Development strategy of the organization

3. Design the approach of specific programs that help meet specific learning objectives for target group of employees

4. Execute approved initiatives by defining content and delivering the training and working with third parties in some or all cases

5. Strong hold on imparting training to mid to senior management

6. Leadership development

7. Take ideas from design to execution by conceptualizing, planning, executing and driving its project management

8. Identify and build relationships with service providers who can help us execute some of the learning interventions.

9. Identify new and best practices in learning and development from the industry and work on executing suitable ones in the organization.
