We are urgently looking for Manager Training with a Top MNC (Retail).

Job description:

This position will be responsible for the Training function for the whole of India covering the following responsibilities :

- Leading training activities.Follow-up with all Training Agencies/Trainers for identification of trainers, carrying out the preliminary screening & coordinating the training programs, including managing the training programs.

- Identification of training needs

- Keeping the training database updated
