About Our Client :

Our client is a multinational retail giant which operates in Beauty and Wellness services through a network of franchised salons.

Role Overview :

The role holder would be responsible for managing the process of training need identification and consolidation.

- Prepare and roll out quarterly training calendar.

- Contributes to team planning for both training and development schedules

- Collaborates with Product Development, Operations, and Management to obtain information required to develop training materials.

- Develops training content - handouts, outlines, agendas and syllabi.

- Tailors training content based on trainee's (Lakme employees, partners, or customers) specific needs

- Incorporates creative and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience.

- Ensures new training methodologies incorporated into training approach

- Consolidates training feedback and disseminates to respective stakeholder

- MIS & Reporting

- Track and monitor trainer utilization

- Training feedback measurement

- Training budget vs actuals

Desired Profile :

- 5-8 years of experience

- Experience of managing technical training for an organization.
