Manager - Training - Retail

Urgently looking for Manager Training - Top Retail Brand - Gurgaon.

This position will be responsible for the Training function for the whole of India covering the following responsibilities:

- Leading training activities.

- Follow-up with all Training Agencies/Trainers for identification of trainers, carrying out the preliminary screening & coordinating the training programs, including managing the training programs.

- Identification of training needs

- Keeping the training database updated
