Manager - Training - Real Estate

A leading real estate firm is looking for a Manager – Training.

To: Deliver training on Soft & Technical Services for site & base level to support the IFMS business.

Total Experience: 7-10 years

Qualifications: DEE / BE - Electrical

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities would involve:

1. Understanding the business aspect of training requirements and making training modules.

2. Visiting IFMS sites, meeting clients and the FM team, understanding skill gaps and collating info to arrange training programs for respective sites.

3. Planning and organizing certification program and evaluation system for participants for each training program. Arranging exam papers, grade system for each certification program.

4. Making presentations and presenting the same to employees and clients as and when required.

5. Arranging practical training programs at sites and base after completion of training program.

6. Making training materials for participants /employees for future reference.

7. Managing training calendar for different sites, coordinating with operations and HR teams for the same.

8. Delivering training program and taking feedback from participants. Analyzing feedbacks and improving the quality level of training programs. Coordinating with Operations team for the same.

9. Coordination with FMs for site level and HR for base level, analysis of performance improvement of employees post training program both at site and base and making necessary changes and plans for further improvement.

10. Managing MIS, reports and documentations.

11. Managing, grooming and training team members of training Dept. for effective performance across all sites and base offices.
