Corporate Training Function:

A part of the Corporate HR, the Corporate Training team is responsible for identifying, designing, developing, innovative training module for building the culture of the organization, developing vital workplace skills and imparting behavioural training to all employees of the organization including corporate office, manufacturing plants and warehouse. This team is also responsible for conducting the product training of International Business Sales team of organization.

Educational Qualification and experience:

Candidate should be a Master of Pharmacy with a zeal to develop career in Pharma Learning & Development Proficiency in English, Hindi and Gujarati language (Verbal & Written).

Must be able to prove good experience, knowledge and comfort in using MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel), Google Apps (Docs, Sheet, Calendar, Google Meet), other apps useful in training function.

Responsibilities:

- Training Co-ordination - Manage stakeholders of Corporate Training responsibilities at head office and plant locations for smooth conduct of the planned Corporate Training team activities without affecting the important events and activities of the scheduled location.

- Training Preparations - Pre-training preparations including, Training venue arrangements, Training print material preparedness, Training delivery material readiness, Training delivery schedule, Training participants profiling.

- Training Need Identification - Identify and understand the training needs of the employees of head office, manufacturing plants and warehouse through contemporary learning and development practices.

- Training Content Development - Design and develop innovative, meaningful and objective oriented training modules considering the basics of instructional design and inclusion of predominant learning styles of the participants.

- Training Delivery - Conduct / co-facilitate the scheduled training programs according to the approved annual corporate training calendar in English & Hindi language to suit the needs of participants. Ability to speak and understand Gujarati language will be an added advantage.

- Training evaluation - Digitally process the data of Post training test and feedback to generate the required analytics and reports of training evaluation using the OMR software solutions.

- Post-training discussion and follow up to update the stakeholders regarding the training performance of their team members.

- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration Upload / update / modify / remove the duly validated and approved induction manual, learning / training manuals, test materials, feedback forms, any other training / learning material as per the need.

- Co-ordinate with the IT team / other stakeholders for making any necessary changes in the (LMS).

- Creative Assignments Including developing inspirational videos, corporate brochures, amalgamation of training concepts in videos, creating learning games, designing learning activities, case studies, learning workbooks, informative videos, video tutorials etc.
