- Lead the training program for the employees PAN-India for 4 Zones.
- Drive the global e-learning training modules in coordination with the regional office
- Understand the training needs of the employees and devise a training calendar accordingly
- Multiple training programs and contribute to competency development
- Manage the employee communication, engagement and policies around the training program
- Design and deliver relevant training programs for all functions
- Formal /Informal Training
-Should manage network in the market for Training Agencies
- As and when required site visit where training is conducted as per the requirement.

The Successful Candidate - The successful candidate will carry 7-12 years of relevant exposure to training and must be from a Real Estate/Infra/Construction industry. You must also have exposure to identification, design and delivery of soft skills training. While excellent communication skills are a must.
