Manager - Training - Mobile Handset

We have an urgent role with one of the biggest group for Mobile Handset Vertical at Gurgaon.

Designation : Mgr Training

Profile :

Functional Objective :

To impart product and sales training to Sales / ISD to equip them with knowledge and expertise, to compete with cut-throat competition in the market

Job Responsibilities :

Training Calendar Execution :

- Planning monthly & quarterly training Calendar for Pan India trainers based on Business Plan, Focus Products & Performing branches

- Managing - Product Orientation & Demo Orientation in classroom and On Job Coaching for ISD & sales team through all trainers

- Responsible for training execution of all regional and route trainers and ensuring coverage of all branches of respective regions

Training Quality & Feedback :

- Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of training's delivered

- Creating, utilizing, up keeping of training material and demonstration aids

- Constructively designing action plans on the feedback received from the participants

- Setting productivity measures and ensuring their delivery by each team member

Product Training Content :

- Responsible for timely update of training modules, product updates, questionnaires for all the respective branches region wise

- Support marketing team in product demonstration for the marketing activities across India

- Co-ordination with respective marketing / sales / HR Staff for fulfilling mandatory requirements of the training

Field Coaching Execution :



- Responsible for managing and coaching In shop demonstration (ISD) and assisting them in conducting themselves

- Assist in product knowledge and presentation skills

- Provide ISD on the job training

Induction Orientation :

- To manage Pan India Induction for new joinees

- Inducting new joiners on the various products of the company, features, product USP- s

New Initiative & Market Update

- Active participation in dealer meets & marketing activities for product training and product demonstration

- Monitoring, collecting & reporting industry updates and competition activities

- Brand wise & Category wise Competition analysis
