- This is a night Shift role.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
End to End Management of Multiple Training processes/Queues including OJT
Customer Relationship Management
Managing a Team of Communication and Process Trainers
Project Planning and Execution
Performance Enhancement and Performance Management
Training Need Identification and Analysis
Use Six Sigma and Lean Principles to initiate Training Improvement Projects
Content/Curriculum Development basis requirement
Conduct Weekly Review with the Operations and Training Leadership.
Keep a Track of Site performance data ( Hiring Quality, End to End Throughput, OJT Performance, Timelines etc )
Facilitate BGV Closures and Actions
Represent Training in Existing and Prospective Client Visits
Infant Attrition Management
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent spoken and written High on Influential Skills, followed by Compliance & Steadiness value
- Knowledge on Microsoft product family of O365, CRM Dymanics, Skypee for Business, Sharepoint, Azure, Exchange on line
Planning and Execution Skills
- Ability to handle a team-people management and Conflict management skills
- To be fully skilled to specified standards in learning methods & techniques. To be competent to help and facilitate people of all grades & backgrounds in a training environment.
- To provide support, and act as subject matter expert (having a high degree of technical knowledge)
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office tools - Power point, Excel, Word etc
- Ability to understand cost implications
