DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deliver training solutions for sales team of the digital channel that include group sessions, training videos, web-based programs, printed manuals etc.
- Conduct role playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (E.g Negotiation, Team work and conflict management )
- Organize classroom style seminars about Product features, Sales technique & Quality process.
- Ensure new hires take on basic sales training courses, including communication and closing skill
- Liaise with managers and encourage on-the-job coaching (e.g how to handle difficult client cases)
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
- Presents in-person and group sessions.
- Support Team Leaders and Process Leaders in building and skilling of Sales force through collaborative on-the-job Demonstration, observation and Orientations.
- Specializes in Life Insurance industry and keeps current on modules and Technologies.
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities
