Our client is a luxury 5 Star Resort in Goa.

Position vacant : Training Manager

Location : Goa (candidates willing to relocate to Goa can apply)

Qualifications : Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Certified courses in Training & development

Experience : Total years of experience in concerned field should be between 10 to 12 years

Job Profile:

1) Developing, facilitating and supervising training programs for employees

2) Facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce

3) Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
