Manager - Training - FMCG/Retail/Hospitality

Looking for a Manager- Training from FMCG/Retail/Hospitality Industry for a reputed Theater chain based out of Delhi.

Only Individuals who is between 25- 32 Years of age and are MBA are eligible.

Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for the Training function for whole of India covering the following responsibilities:

- Leading training activities in all branches in India.

- Follow-up with all Training Agencies/Trainers for identification of trainers, carrying out the preliminary screening & coordinating the training programs, including managing the training programs.

- Identification of training needs identified for all India Employees

- Keeping the training database updated

- Identifying and ensuring the operational training for employees.

- Ensuring the training activities within budget

JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Prepare training plan for the year for HO Employees

- All training related administrative support to both HO & Cinema/ Theater

- Coordinate with HO (Abroad) for new training and bring information and practices executed at international level

- Conduct Audits at regular basis at cinemas/ Theater

- Preparation & monitoring of Training Budget

- Co-ordination with external training agencies-Concept/content development/delivery of training

- Training attendance monitoring/feedback/effectiveness measurement(specially for Operations training)

- MIS report related progress in L&D (Man-hours spent/Budget vs. Actual/coverage in different categories of employees/Planned training vs. Actual/variance)
