- Providing technical in-depth training to Service Technicians.
- Soft skill development training to service technician and call coordinators.
- Product training to contact centre.
- Demo & Installation training to service technician and call coordinators
- Spare parts consumption analysis of product wise and Service Franchisee wise.
- Plan and manage internal new joined & refresher trainings
- Work collaboratively with the QA team to identify training needs Manage content on the Learning Management System
- Analyse training effectiveness, identify process gaps and fix them through process changes, refresher trainings etc.
- Optimize training processes for efficiency
- Learn to prepare RCAs
- Conduct trainings and feedback sessions - Customer Service Team, Franchises and refreshers
- Create Training SOPs Plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths.
- Lead, train, onboard and evaluate new trainers Build quarterly and annual training program Encourage employees for training.
- Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
- Implement training KPIs.
- Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs.
