Job Description - Lead COE position that will focus on building capability in Talent Management for the organization. Has a good balance of strategy and implementation.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate managerial development programs
- Facilitate team interventions - Design content and deliver
- Deliver/Facilitate behavioral training interventions in factories
- Sharpen existing behavioral and high potential programs to deliver highest quality
- Collaborate with HR partners and site leadership to identify training needs
- Plan annual training calendars through internal and external resources
- Manage high potential programs for individual contributor level talent
- Work closely with key stakeholders to drive organization development and culture transformation efforts using thought leadership, grounded research, and industry best practices.
Profile
- Masters degree in management or Psychology
- A rich experience of 10-15 years experience, a major part of which should be in training and development
- Good command over conceptual frameworks in L&D
- Excellent training/delivery or facilitation skills
- Keen understanding of business imperatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good understanding of various psychometric tools
- MBTI/Certifications in psychometric tools or coaching
