I. Job Summary  Address the training needs of ISC & AMC, assist on OE initiatives, and support the OD support needs of teams & business groups/processes in India by:  - Supporting development of plans that reflect the training needs of employees across BU’s in each location and in line with the overall training and development strategy for the Asia & India region.   - Fully leveraging existing resources and expertise that exist across the regions  - Always staying abreast of developments in the business and prioritizing the needs that call for OE support  The Consultant is responsible for assessing needs, recommending solutions, implementing solutions & evaluating the effectiveness of solutions.  II. Job Duties/ Responsibilities  DIAGNOSTICS PLANNING & ADMINISTRATION   - Assess skill gaps and training needs as needed or when requested. Perform post-training evaluations when appropriate. Provide evaluation results to management.   - Partner with business unit leaders on specific needs, performance consulting. Seize opportunities to support OE needs by accurately assessing issues and recommending solutions and seeks feedback on effectiveness.  - Strategically recommend build or buy approach, and inducts providers appropriately to the organization’s ways and ensures cost effectiveness and appropriate relationship between internal clients and vendors. When building solutions, leverages on existing expertise within the organization  - Identify both external and internal training resources and manage vendors for activities outsourced.   - Complete administrative functions as relates to the role. Provides regular updates, reports & time reporting as requested by management  SOLUTION DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT (OFF the SHELF & BU SUPPORT)  Design and development of training outlines, curriculum, and training material based on information of employees’ needs assessment.   - Facilitate meetings related to developing and implementing the training initiative.  - Review and consult with business and global team members on project work plans and timelines.  - Follow the ADDIE model  - Design content for new programs & interventions, modify existing content,   - Ensure department training and skill development material are maintained and updated as needed.   - Completes administrative functions as relates to the role. Provides regular updates, reports & time reporting as requested by management   FACILITATION  - Facilitate/Deliver training in a classroom, workgroup, or live virtual classroom setting, for India. Both calendar offerings and as part of performance consulting for specific business units  - Provide individual competency development advice to the employees on an ad hoc basis  - Offer logistical support for implementation of training & development plans   OD/OE Support to Business Units  PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGEMENT  - Support OE projects in India: NLLP, Mentoring, and global/regional OE projects. Includes leading/assisting, planning, communicating, managing & evaluating scope, resources & time parameters to achieve desired results.   - Acts as a team member on various projects  III. Requirements  KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE   - 5+ years training and development experience  - Experience of working in multicultural environments preferable  - Graduate in HR/Psychology or a certificate in learning/development area.  - Proven track record in program design, facilitation and evaluation for audience across levels and cultures  - Demonstrated self awareness of strengths and areas of vulnerabilities.  - Demonstrated emotional maturity to stay anchored and client focused in challenging situations  - Proven abilities to partner with the business  - Commercial acumen and ability to quickly grasp business strategy and priorities  - Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook  - Proven experience in leading company-wide projects is an advantage  LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS   ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS   - MBA or education in Training & Development field or instructional design preferred.  - Experience within Financial Services would be beneficial  - Certification in profiling tools would be beneficial  SKILLS AND ABILITIES   - Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Specifically, the ability to communicate in a concise manner with good English grammar.  - Proven ability to interact and communicate well with all levels in the organization including staff, supervisors, managers, and directors.   - Excellent facilitation skills  - Strong ability to present information, deliver training, and provide instruction to adults, in a small or large group setting.   - Ability to design and deliver OE solutions.  - Strong project management skills, as well as, excellent planning and organizational skills.  - Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.   - Ability to prioritize work and deliver expected results within established and often aggressive timelines.   - Ability to work under pressure.   - Ability to effectively influence and interact with HR partners, senior leaders and business units.  - Comfortable working with senior leaders. Know how they think and what they need.
