1. Should be well versed with sales training,content development

2. Planning annual training programs,Training needs analysis,content & module development & ensuring effective delivery is done in co-ordination with agencies/category managers.

3. Experience of conducting behavioral & leadership training.

4. Should be comfortable with travelling.
