We have an opening with a top 10 FMCG company in india.

Position : Manager Training & Development

Location : Corporate Office, Gurgaon

Reporting to : Head - Corporate & Sales HR

Experience : 4-12 yrs

Education : MBA / PGDM in HR

Gender : Female

Work Profile : The person will be responsible for managing following activities :

- Training programs for front line sales force (Classroom and OJT programs)

- Training programs for corporate functions - Functional & Behavioral programs

- Managers Development Programs

- New Employee Induction program

- Execution of Employee Satisfaction Survey

- Other Organization Development related activities

Experience & Skills required :

- Candidate must have experience in managing front line sales force training and Managers Development programs

- Good understanding of training tools and methods

- Must have a vibrant and assertive personality and good communication skills to interact with function heads and understand training needs to design training plan

- Need a self starter considering the role requirement
