Manager - Training & Development
Our client is a global financial technology and professional services firm who is in search of a potential Training and Development candidates for their team in Hyderabad.
Some of the key responsibilities will include :
- Training delivery, execution, scoping and preparation.
- Training Coordination & Implementation, Feed Back Analysis, Team Leadership & Training.
- Designing and delivering learning solutions to accelerate the professional development of team, help them to remain current in todays competitive marketplace, and advance their career through Our on-site, online and blended learning solutions.
- Managing end to end Learning & Development, Training, and Quality.
- Facilitating the knowledge sharing session in partnership with Sr. Leadership, Executives and SMEs.
To be eligible for this role you will require :
- Excellent communication skills.
- 7+ years of training experience, preferably with a background in finance or technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Degree in business, communications, or finance/economics, with a strong record of academic achievement
