Brief Objective of the Role: To work along with training team in putting e-learning content and new process in place. Key Objectives and Responsibilities: - Content development based on instructional design principles. - Knowledge of authoring tools such as adobe captivate, articulate 360, etc. - Creation of process PPTs, FGs, PGs, SOPs & Videos as per the need. - Converting the existing content into e-learning - LMS (learning management system) administration Additional Responsibilities: - Training &amp; Content audits. - Trainer Development. - Training audit &amp; process adherence. - Train the Trainer - Training audit &amp; process adherence. - Guide and contribute towards process and skill improvement training Requirements: - 4 to 8 years of e-learning content development &amp; LMS administration. - Should be good at conceptualization and putting that across training methodologies. - Should be comfortable with setting up e-learning process and giving it shape it would be somewhat of a chaotic environment, so looking for someone who has seen high growth and is entrepreneurial - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to work and influence with multiple Training Team members/ Stakeholders across the regions and corporate -&nbsp;Must be a graduate (any Learning and development related course or certification will be an added advantage)
