Manager - Training Content & Distribution

- 5-7 years of relevant professional training content creation experience

- Hands on experience with professional scriptwriting and storyboarding

- Understanding of creating explainers/tutorials or software promotion videos.

- Hands on experience with basic video editing tools, Adobe Premiere

- Hands on experience with professional vocal audio tools

- Obtain a deep understanding of business requirement from clients to translate complex information into simple, polished, and engaging training modules for platform workers

- Enable platform workers to do their activities effectively with proper training

- Be creative and work with subject matter experts to turn business operations into compelling scripts that are shared through videos

- Plan training-content (Primarily video format) for multiple platforms to engage with users throughout the funnel

- Create, edit, and distribute training content (videos/others) across digital assets; App, website and social media platforms

- Understand the set up, and analyze content metrics thoroughly to ensure measurable outcome

- Ensure all compliance and brand guidelines are followed.
