A Large Diversified Conglomerate is looking to hire Manager Training (Content Development), to be based at the corporate office in Mumbai.

Position - Manager Training (Content Development)

Location - Mumbai

Company - A Large Diversified Conglomerate

Experience - 1 -2 yrs of experience post MBA from premiere Institute

1) To generate innovative ideas for creating learning content and imparting it.

2) Innovate and explore new learning delivery channels such as elearning, webinars, gamification etc.

3) Managing Training calendars

4) To interact with Business, Line Managers for training nominations.

5) Getting feedback after the training program

6) Finding out the areas of improvement and working towards it.

7) Maintain complete MIS and YTD figures related to all Training programs for quarterly and annual year end reviews.

8) Managing training expenses and maintaining agreements with vendors and service providers

The incumbent should have excellent verbal and written communication. He/ She should be a good team player and should have excellent interpersonal skills. Needs to be conceptually strong on all aspects of HR.

Should be excellent in Excel and Power point.
