Designation: Manager - Training [Commercial PC]

Location: Mumbai HO

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Plan, organize, and execute education and training for sales team, marketing team, partners, and end customers

- Develop contents for training, including but not limited to product portfolio, key features of each product, company profile, Why ASUS etc.

- Ensure development of learning skills, expert knowledge, and soft skills for sales team

- Continuously measure the result and devise ways to improve

- Design test and set reasonable target for internal team

QUALIFICATION:

- 7+ years of experience in IT industry

- 10+ years in relevant function [training]

- Demonstrated writing and presentation skill to communicate product features/company profile effectively

- Excellent knowledge about IT products/components; commercial PC background is a plus

- Ability to explain technical terms in simple ways
