Position Overview :

- We are in search of a Training Manager to lead training initiatives and develop programs that empower teams with the skills and knowledge needed for success.

- As a key influencer, you'll play a vital role in cultivating a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the startup.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives and employee development needs.

- Assess training needs through collaboration with department heads and stakeholders.

- Design training materials, modules, and resources that facilitate effective learning outcomes.

- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention.

- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, making improvements as necessary.

- Partner with HR to onboard new hires and ensure continuous professional development for existing employees.

- Stay updated on industry trends, training methodologies, and best practices to enhance training programs continually.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

- Proven experience in training and development or a similar role (8-10 years).

- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

- Ability to create engaging and impactful training content.

- Experience in developing and delivering both technical and soft skills training.

- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
